Meet US Open 2019 Judge Lisa Selthofer
Lisa started agility in 1996 and has successfully competed with a variety of breeds including Dalmatians, Labrador Retrievers, Border Collies and a Belgian Tervuren. Pinky, the dog that Lisa credits for igniting her passion for dog agility, was the first Dalmatian world-wide to earn an agility Championship title (ADCH) and is the inspiration for her successful online agility resource, SpotOnAgility.com.
Lisa and her husband, Dan, met at an agility trial in Washington State and have been married for over 11 years. They recently relocated to South Florida where they continue to enjoy their beloved dogs & cats, judging & training agility, cruising to exotic locations and traveling in their dream RV.
Lisa has been judging agility for over 18 years and is honored to be a part of the 2019 US Open judging panel. As an avid supporter to all agility organizations, Lisa is proud to be a part of the UKI family as they continue to challenge amazing dog agility teams world-wide.
Lisa’s advice to those attending the US Open is to “Create a desire to bring out the best in your team, always focus on the joy and at every step of the journey produce personal results you’ll be proud of!”
